The community behind Qubic, an AI-focused layer-1 blockchain, has chosen Dogecoin (DOGE) as the next target for a 51% attack, according to Cointelegraph. In a poll launched by founder Sergey Ivancheglo, members were asked to select between Dogecoin, Kaspa (KAS), Zcash (ZEC) and others. Dogecoin received more than 300 votes, surpassing all other candidates combined. The decision comes shortly after Qubic said it had gained 51% control of Monero’s hashrate in a previous effort.
